Mace Group has led the charge on social inclusion programme (SIP) development in the UK for the last seven years and offers a comprehensive service to the communities in which we work. The programme is delivered through Mace Sustain, part of the Mace Group, and provides construction industry stakeholders with the opportunity to contribute positively to the well documented skills gap while supporting the needs of local communities.

We facilitate links between key groups including contractors, suppliers, educational institutions and employment organisations to match supply to demand and create sustainable employment opportunities. To date, the social inclusion programme has helped more than 1000 people with barriers to employment get back into work.

Mace provides ongoing support for beneficiaries in addition to identifying local funding sources. Our programme can also help clients meet their Section 106 employment and training obligations.
