Sense

Sense provides a unique service offer to our clients with bespoke cost models, developed in house, that enable clients to interactively participate in the cost planning and cost modelling of their own projects.

Sense also provides internal support to the other Mace businesses with cost planning advice for construction management, project management, fixed price schemes, retail roll out programme management projects and public sector frameworks.

Sense has a dedicated unit that specialises in mechanical, electrical and IT costs and procurement. In contrast to many of our competitors, this is an entirely integrated part of our service offer.
