Sense provided procurement and cost advice on the 50 storey 180m residential tower at St. Georges Wharf for St. George South London Limited. The design concept for the tower was a simple circular form providing a high quality, energy efficient environment for the 150+ apartments. The building is the UK's tallest residential tower at 49 storeys and incorporates a roof level corkscrew wind turbine to meet the lighting needs of the building's public areas.
