Mace has taken up the role of project manager, CDM consultant and risk manager for the development of a dedicated further education centre on Plymouth College's existing city centre campus.

The College's campus currently operates from an estate of 8,437m that is located in the heart of the City. Its principal site is a core component of the City's Urban Design Framework.

The site presents an opportunity to create an outstanding building complex in line with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) challenge to the further education sector to ‘develop world-class buildings for world-class teaching and learning'.
