A 163,000 sq ft fit out from Category A developers specification to Category B to provide new office accommodation for Addleshaw Goddard as part of their London office relocation. The project comprises seven floors, lower ground to level 4 plus level 6.

Incorporated into the building are staff restaurant, well being centre, training suite, a client dining suite, MERs, SERs to each floor and mechanical and electrical modifications on the floors and to the central plant.

The project starts on site in January 2009 and is due for completion in July 2009. Sense have prepared a detailed cost plan based on outline design information.

The cost plan provides a framework for early discussion and a platform upon which all costs will be controlled, monitored and updated.

Other consultants involve:

• GTMS as project managers,

• MCM as interior designers,

• Chapman Bathurst as services engineers,

• PTS as IT consultants

• Overbury as main contractor.
