fm24 provides the facilities helpdesk for all this client's nine UK sites plus an office in Dublin both in hours and out of hours. Given the success of providing this service our support has been rolled out to a number of additional offices in Canada and the USA.

In addition to pure helpdesk services fm24 provides cover for the switchboard for all bank holidays for Ireland and UK.

Fm24 provide a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports of detailed, bespoke management information. This ranges from contractor open and outstanding calls, to SLAs performance and trend analysis on each building.

Fm24 receive calls via a dedicated telephone line that our client has attached to an internal extension number so any staff can easily recall the number and are then able to be greeted as though the helpdesk is located onsite.
