Como ranked top 3 fit out contractor in London once again

In a recent independent survey unveiled at the property conference MIPIM 2011, Como was once again ranked as one of the top three fit out contractors in the London fit out market. The report, compiled by Metropolis Property Research focuses on the fit out of new and refurbished Grade A space between 2006 and 2010. According to the report, Como’s share of the market increased and is now responsible for the delivery of 14% of fit out projects in central London. The top three contractors are responsible for delivering an impressive 71% of major fit out projects, an increase of 5% on last year.
The report also focused on the top architects with Pringle Brandon remaining in first place and responsible for 18% of the market share. They are closely followed by both Gensler and TP Bennett, both responsible for 16% of market share.
Project managers Turner and Townsend and Gardiner and Theobald are responsible for delivering 21% and 20% of the market share respectively. EC Harris and Davis Langdon have successfully maintained their positions as one of the top four project managers in the London fit out market.
