Role: Construction Director

John Morriss joined Como as construction director in 2004. His role is to ensure consistency in Como's delivery performance across all projects and is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the IQ (Integrated Quality) approach for the business. He has a reputation for delivering quality projects for a range of blue chip clients across all market sectors and is also involved with continuous improvement initiative ensuring that all of the company's managers have a training plan in place.
