The Mace Group has extensive experience in the residential sector.
Typically, our projects are high specification residential apartments in major urban centres both within the UK and internationally. We work closely with our clients and design teams to reach solutions that maximize the value of a development site and can be constructed efficiently using the most appropriate procurement route.
Our expertise extends beyond new build residential projects to the refurbishment and conversion of older properties including listed buildings.
