Golden terraces

Another iconic Mace project in Poland, Zlote Tarasy is a symbol of modern Warsaw - a futuristic development incorporating commercial, retail and leisure space.

Zlote Tarasy or the ‘golden terraces' is an award winning mixed use development in the centre of Warsaw. Mace was commissioned to manage the design and construction of this mould-breaking multi-use commercial complex comprising retail space, office space, a cinema, car parking, roof gardens and a stunning 10,250m2 glass atrium.

The offices are designed to a high quality international category A standard and the client has had no difficulty in letting the space, a reflection on the building's quality as well as Poland's exceptional current economic growth.

The largest mixed use development in central Europe, Zlote Tarasy also features one of the largest single membrane glass domes in the region at 10,250m2.
