In mid 2005, Mace embarked on this project as Project Manager in the heart of Dubailand which will be the first completed golf / residential development of its kind in Dubai.

Victory Heights is a unique gated golf community covering 25 million sq ft of the Dubai Sports City masterplan. Consisting of almost 1000 villas and townhouses set in and around the 18 hole championship standard Ernie Els signature golf course, and now the first ‘Els Club’ in the world.

Victory Heights has been designed by Diar Consult and offers luxurious living in the heart of Dubai Sports City, the world’s first integrated sports city. A picturesque collection of distinctive villages and stylish homes in Spanish, Mediterranean and European styles.

Victory Heights is a joint venture between two partners, the overall master developer, Dubai Sports City, and Arcapita Bank, the internationally renowned investment bank. Headquartered in Bahrain with offices across the globe, Arcapita Bank is highly selective regarding the developments it becomes involved with, investing in only those that demonstrate strong potential. Facilities within the community in addition to almost 1000 villas include:
