Sense were employed by 30 St Mary Axe Management Services Ltd to provide cost consultancy services for the provision of a new tenant's 1 MVA generator plus all associated works and the reinstatement of the landlord's existing generator.

The ancillary works included the installation of main cabling and busbar infrastructure, alterations to existing switchgear and black building retesting on completion.
