This commission comprised a review of the draft tender documents for the first phase (Red Line) of the Tel Aviv metro/light rail system. Mace formed part of the review team focusing particularly on light rail procurement, commercial and funding issues. Other members of the review team included Delcan (transport planning, construction and tunnelling) and White Case (legal).
The scope of the works included a review of all relevant documentation, an intensive workshop in Tel Aviv with key members of the project team and a report recommending improvements to NTA's position and documentation.
