Mace Living is refurbishing and extending the prestigious Doric Villa, a private residence and family home, overlooking Regents Park in central London.
The project involves the refurbishment and extension of a Grade I listed family house and the construction of a new basement swimming pool.
The house, which suffered bomb damage in WWII, is being renovated and reconfigured to new layouts and designs by an interior designer. This has meant careful structural alterations at all levels. There is also to be a new feature staircase, from basement to second floor.
All the external facades are to be re-worked and the garden reinstated.
