The majority of the villas offered in Phase II of the Mace project-managed, Victory Heights Golf Estate, were snapped up in three days at the high profile Dubai Sport City. In excess of 1,500 visitors passed through the new Victory Heights sales offices after the official launch of Phase II last week.
Yasser Al Raee, general manager of Victory Heights, commented: "In my opinion it is the uniqueness of this development that has driven demand. Apart from the 18 hole Ernie Els designed golf course, on which this development is set, nowhere else in the world can one live within an integrated sport city with world class facilities such as those on offer to Victory Height's residents. The fact that we have customers from around 40 varied nationalities at Victory Heights adds emphasis to the opportunity here, which is attracting global interest."
Victory Heights is made up of 935 homes - from grand villas to distinctive townhouses. Villas have been designed with inspiration from authentic Spanish Andalusian, bold Mediterranean and classic European styles and are set on 25 million square feet of land, with views over manicured fairways.
The development will incorporate local and international schools, mosques, retail and community facilities, bike paths and walkways, in addition to a world-class range of sporting, entertainment and leisure facilities within the city.
The market release of the show homes followed the official opening of the Els Club at Dubai Sports City.
