Sense welcomes new Manchester Operations Director

Paul Mann joined Sense this month as an operations director in the Manchester office. He joins from a local quantity surveying practice BWS Associates where he was a senior member of their team.
Paul has spent the last 21 years working in the North West of England as a cost consultant and employer's agent as well as assisting financial institutions with project monitoring related activities. His operations have predominately been in the private sector on commercial office schemes, hotels, industrial and residential projects so he brings a strength of experience and contact in that sector to the Manchester office. His notable clients have included ROK Developments, Amec Developments (now Muse), CIS, Manchester Airport Developments, Bank of Ireland and the Alliance and Leicester.
