New Mace Group brand unveiled

Monday 28th January sees the launch of a fresh new look for the consultancy and construction group, Mace.

The Mace Group has evolved into a multi-disciplinary global consultancy and construction business over the past six years and has enjoyed significant growth thanks to the support of its clients and staff. Since 2001 the Mace Group has achieved growth in turnover from £90m to £500m and staff numbers have increased from 800 to over 2,700 people, with eleven operating companies across twenty-eight countries.

The company continues to achieve significant market share in the commercial, aviation, arts, residential, regeneration, retail, utilities, rail, education, healthcare and local authority sectors.

Stephen Pycroft, Mace Group's Chief Executive stated: ¨The board made the decision to unite all of the businesses in the group under one new brand which reflects Mace as a global multi-disciplinary consultancy and construction group providing integrated service offers to many of our clients.¨

In development for six months, the new brand was launched via the company's new global website. The new brand aims to be modern and flexible and works with new technology and across traditional and new media networks.

The design sees a stronger visual presence to the brand. The mark represents the diversity of the Mace Group, the spectrum of services the company offers and the skylines of the built environment that it affects. The three black uprights within the mark pays homage to the original Mace brand designed in 1994.

Mace worked with Bristol-based design agency, Home, to develop the new group brand.
