Mace Macro announces new senior appointments

Mace Macro, the dedicated facilities management arm of Mace Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Smart and Kevin Keil to its senior management team.

Andrew has joined the Macro leadership team and become responsible for all consultancy activities within Macro including strategic, operational and occupancy projects. He has over fifteen years experience in the delivery of complex, client-focussed, and dynamic facilities management solutions across the full spectrum of services to both the private and public sectors. In addition to facilities management expertise Andrew has also designed and delivered solutions for life-cycle management, capital works programmes, specialist procurement services and integrated property occupier packages. Prior to joining Macro, Andrew held senior management roles in a number of national and international facilities management businesses.

Kevin Keil has been appointed as the new operations director, bringing a fresh look to how services are delivered. Kevin has previously worked in operational management roles for the construction and manufacturing industries and has been in the FM industry for 13 years gaining broad management experience in "blue-chip" multi-site operations. Kevin reports directly to the board and is responsible for the day to day management of a significant proportion of our managed services clients.
