Mace Group rank in the top 100 companies to work for in the UK

For the fourth year in a row, Mace Group has ranked among the top 100 best companies to work for in the Sunday Times.
This year's survey reveals that despite tough economic times, employee engagement at Mace remains high, with four out of five respondents saying they are proud to work for Mace. In addition, the positive write-up reveals that 74% find their work stimulating, and 73% are excited about where the company is going.
More than 960 companies and 230,000 employees were surveyed this year - 30,000 more than last year. The entries came from organisations ranging from 250 to 4,999 employees and from a wide range of business sectors, including retail, finance and not-for-profit. Although Mace Group's ranking has dropped this year to 87, its continued top 100 status demonstrates that Mace continues to be committed to developing and treating its employees well.
Kath Knight, Mace Group's human resources director said: "Significantly fewer companies in our sector made it onto the list this year, so I¹m very pleased that once again Mace is one of them."
Richard Caseby, editor of The Sunday Times, credited all participating organisations with cultures of openness and strong leadership for subjecting their businesses to the scrutiny of a national newspaper and external survey.
