Mace Group

Stephen Pycroft has served as CEO of the Mace Group since 2005.

Stephen joined the company in 1993 and was appointed to the board in 1995. In 2001 he led the management buyout of the company and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer before taking over as Chief Executive at the end of 2004.

Under Stephen's direction, Mace has become a £20m profit business achieving a 35% CAGR over the last six years. He has led the company to achieve phenomenal growth with turnover increasing from £90m to £500m, staff numbers grown from 800 to 2,700 whilst evolving the business into a multi-disciplinary consultancy and construction group with an enviable reputation for quality and delivery.
