Mace Group has been at the forefront of the development and construction within the Middle East and has built a number of long-term client relationships, some of which date back more than ten years.

Mace has had an established presence in the United Arab Emirates since its first office opened in Dubai in the mid 1990s. In the intervening years, Mace has successfully delivered projects across the seven UAE emirate regions covering Dubai, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah, Umm al-Qawain, Ajman, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi.

Off the back of our successful delivery in the UAE, Mace has grown the business across the Middle East and Northern Africa (MENA) region, and we are now working in Azerbaijan, Oman, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and most recently Libya and Syria.

Management of the client portfolio, now in excess of $3billion, has resulted in the successful delivery of some of the region's most innovative projects. These include the Mall of the Emirates with its unique snow dome and multiple leisure facilities, Jumeirah Beach Residence which provides 22 million square feet of retail, leisure and residential properties and Mirdif City Centre, whch on completion will host over 430 shops and a Magic Planet Entertainment Zone with sky diving facilities and indoor 5-a-side football pitches.
