Jarlath joined Mace in November 2006 and is the group's company secretary. Jarlath is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Prior to joining Mace, Jarlath worked for Aon Limited for seven years, working her way up to assistant company secretary having previously worked for Willis Limited and Royal & Sun Alliance plc.
Jarlath is responsible for the administration and control of UK statutory information including minuting board meetings, managing UK and overseas compliance issues, overseeing the group structure chart and share scheme administration.
