Role: Managing Director, Mace Living

Rob Kremis is Managing Director of Mace Living, the Mace Group's specialist residential contractor. With over 25 years experience in the industry Rob has considerable experience of working in all market sectors including residential, leisure, commercial, health and retail. Rob has an open and honest approach and promotes a proactive and collaborative team spirit. He also has excellent team management skills and is a natural and exceptional collaborator.

Rob has experience of working with a joint venture company formed to develop, design, build and operate 10 hotels. This involved site identification and purchase as well as identifying a supply chain and standardising designs.

Among Rob's other key skills is his in depth knowledge and experience of residential schemes. These include both luxury apartments for developers, social housing and keyworker/student accommodation. Most of these were delivered as part of ongoing frameworks.

Rob has been on a number of CIRIA Steering groups, producing publications such as "Environmental Good Practice on Site" & "Costing of Environmental Pollution From Construction".
